  • Hired 6 new awesome humans across strategy, account management and creative
  • Promoted Mike to Creative Director
  • Helped Tim celebrate 20 years with Engine
  • Achieved an incredible result at the 2023 BADC awards with 17 finalists (placing us 3rd) including 3 silver and 5 bronze for our I Like to Move It Removals ‘When it’s time to move’ brand campaign
  • Secured a finalist at the Australian Marketing Institute Award for Timber Framing – The Ultimate Renewable™ – ‘Let’s build a better world’ in the Sustainability Marketing category
  • Secured a finalist at the Public Relations Institute of Australia Golden Target Awards for Seqwater – ‘Keep the fun alive’ in the Community Relations and Community Engagement category
  • Secured a win at the Emergency Management Public Affairs Australia Conference for Get Ready QLD – 2022 ‘Check out what you need campaign’
  • Had our I Like To Move It Removals brand campaign featured in Lürzer’s Archive
  • Maintained our carbon-neutral status
  • Landed a stack of new clients and projects across private and public sector
  • Delivered stunningly beautiful emotive work for UNE alongside a host of important and impactful campaigns and projects across multiple client categories
