Queensland has significant apprenticeship and traineeship attraction/recruitment and retention/completion issues. A campaign designed to strengthen support and help drive cultural change for Queensland apprentices, trainees and their employees as part of a three year Train and Retain strategy is required in response to the 2022 QTO review. The campaign will promote safe and respectful workplaces free from bullying and harassment, with improved diversity, labour utilisation and outcomes.


Let’s protect respect. Three words, one powerful call to action that inspires positive change for a very important cause—stamping out workplace bullying and harassment. The campaign helps apprentices and employers across Queensland stand up for what’s right, seek advice when they need it and know they are not alone.
