2022 has kept us busy creating more work that matters, making big ideas beautifully executed and having a whole lot of fun along the way. And the year is not even over.

2022: a year of awesomeness
We helped Queenslanders see a brighter future.
The Queensland Energy and Jobs Plan launch
In this massive undertaking, we partnered with the wonderful folk in the Department of Energy and Public Works Comms Team to share big news for Queensland—The Queensland Energy and Jobs Plan that will create a brand new SuperGrid and transform the way Queensland generates, stores, transports and uses energy now and in the future.
With multiple production partners and all hands on deck at Engine, we delivered a new brand, TVC, a suite of online videos including an animated visual representation of the new SuperGrid, radio spots, the actual Energy Plan and Blueprint, Overview document, a broad range of collateral, newspaper print ads, cinema, digital, social, pull-up banners and a state-wide outdoor campaign.
We helped Queenslanders Get Ready for disaster season.
Get Ready Queensland 2022 campaign
It’s always a pleasure to work with our Get Ready Queensland friends and bringing their 2022 campaign to life was no exception.
With a more light-hearted approach this year, we put NRL superstar, Johnathan Thurston, in a supermarket to encourage Queenslanders from all walks of life to grab a few extra items at the shops, pack an emergency kit and stay safe when extreme weather strikes. The campaign was brought to life with TVC, radio spots, OOH, digital and a social campaign.
We helped Queenslanders think differently about mining.
The Queensland Resources Industry Development Plan launch
We partnered with the Department of Resources to develop an emotive campaign to inspire people to open their minds to the possibilities and opportunity that new economy minerals bring to the industry’s future and our planet, and to be part of the transformation.
We helped Seqwater chart the waters ahead.
Seqwater Corporate Strategy Video
We worked alongside Seqwater to develop their internal corporate strategy video and associated collateral. With 80 dams, reservoirs and treatment plants, Seqwater is one of the largest and most geographically diverse water businesses in the nation. Now Seqwater is well positioned to continue delivering our most precious resource well into the future.
We helped Queensland Rail journey as one.
Queensland Rail Values
After 11 years, QR refreshed their team values. During this pivotal time, we partnered with the team to bring them to life with strong conceptual design to help transform the company into a strong, united workforce that not only lives its new values, but also attracts wonderful humans to join their team. The collateral included posters, banners, a press ad and video scripts.
More positive change is coming
And there’s so much goodness still to come with our strategists and creatives currently working their magic on projects yet to make it out into the world. We can’t wait to see what comes our way in 2023. We’re more than ready to knock it out of the park and create our best work yet.
