Opportunity

Workplace Health and Safety Queensland (WHSQ) commissioned Engine to produce the Work Safe. Home Safe. advertising and communications campaign that was in market throughout September and October 2014 to coincide with Safe Work Month. Our challenge was to find a fresh way to initiate the ‘workplace safety’ conversation that moved away from the inherent fear and sadness of past campaigns.

Solution

We developed a totally integrated above-the- line and below-the-line behavioural change and awareness campaign. The campaign launched in September 2014 and included TV, radio, outdoor, point of sale, digital, SEM, & social. The campaign was run in QLD over a six-week period with an approximate $1M media spend.

The above-the-line campaign was also supported with below-the-line efforts to help support activities in Safe Work Month. Event signage, postcards, posters, collateral and promotional items were all produced.
