The purpose of the campaign was to build on establishing Master Builders as the home building authority in Queensland and to specifically encourage consumers to only use a Master Builders member for their next building project through the Search for a Master Builder online tool.
Solution
Through TV & social media the campaign demonstrated to consumers that finding out if your builder is a Master Builder sure beats finding out they’re not.
Website visitation increased by 500% compared to the period prior to the campaign launch and 1000% on the same period in 2017.
The Search for a Master Builder online tool increased from 700 searches per month to over 11,000 in the campaign period.
Master Builders members also reported increased enquiry and were prompted to ensure their memberships were up to date and contact details accurate.
