The Logan Hospital Expansion is a good news story for the City of Logan. A huge investment by the Queensland Government. The opportunity was to communicate the project’s why, alongside the how, what, where and when to truly take stakeholders on the journey, create ownership and neutralise any negative press/consumer sentiment about inevitable disruption/change.
The Logan Hospital Expansion will deliver a bigger and better hospital for staff, visitors, patients and the wider community. Improved facilities, convenience and choice will result in a better experience for everyone. However, this is about more than facilities, fixtures and fittings. People are at the heart of the hospital expansion – so we developed a brand strategy and associated multiphase campaign that heroes the love and care that has gone into creating a hospital that offers new levels of humanity. It’s a place of comfort and hope; where dedicated staff work with first-rate resources to provide the highest standards of care.
